Who is this program for?

 This program is designed for anyone that would like to improve their balance!

  •  If you feel unsteady
  •  If you feel dizzy with movement
  •  If you suffer from fear of falling
  • If you have a hard time walking independently requiring cane/ walker
  • If you have lost your balance
  • If you have a hard time standing on one leg
  • If you avoid walking or skip social activities due to fear of falling
